We are excited to see our Optometrist, Dr. Carrie Roitstein included in Modern Luxury’s CS Magazine list of Dynamic Women of Chicago. The May issue features a group of extraordinary women who represent industry leaders in their respective fields, and work hard to make Chicago a better city by contributing to the community.
Dr. Roitstein has practiced in the Chicago area for over 25 years, and is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. Previously the Managing Doctor at Spex, Carrie is now a Partner at the local independent eyecare boutique EFP Opticians with locations in Chicago and Hinsdale. For several years, Dr. Roitstein spear headed Spex’s volunteer involvement with 
Chicago’s By The Hand organization to provide on-site comprehensive eye exams and free prescription eyewear to the participants to aid them in achieving academic excellence. She is also an active supporter of Eversight and their efforts to restore sight and prevent blindness.
It is Dr. Roitstein’s personal mission to bring the most up-to-date eyecare and treatments to her patients. She specializes in custom contact lenses as well as dry eye treatment through the use of all natural and non-toxic options.
